I've told this story on here before, but I will tell it again.

A few years ago I was at a market and picked up a bouquet of orange and pink gerbera daisies. These are our wedding flowers and colours. I was bringing them home for my husband.

I stopped at a red light, and this young girl and her beau stopped beside me. The girl looked pointedly at the guy and said, "see? HER boyfriend gives her flowers!" to which I responded, "Actually these are for my husband. Sometimes you need to make him feel special too."

The guy laughed really, really hard. The girl scowled at me.
