Hey! Always cool to see a fellow diver on here, great shot! A leopard shark would be an amazing creature to see.
Hi Buddy ๐. I just had a quick look at your profile @the-scuba-sherpa and can see that your returning to posting a bit more after a little break and post mainly about scuba diving. I have created a chat room (on steemit.chat) for scuba diving and all associated subjects, free diving, snorkeling, marine conservation etc. It is still a little quiet as it's early days but there are a few members and it is a good place to drop diving/ocean/marine life posts for promotion or to talk diving with me or the moderator @marsella-2017 who is a commercial diver from Venezuela. Great photo @raj808. An amazing experience no doubt to be close to the wild of the ocean depths. My daughter is at present in the Andaman Islands getting her Dive Master.
Oh wow @zincali, small world! The second place I ever dived was on a live-aboard trip to the Similian Islands which are just below the Andaman Islands. That was on the same backpacking trip as this picture was taken, I literally got my PADI and then went on a three day live-aboard two days later, that's how hooked I was. Your daughter really is in paradise. Here is a picture of one of the islands we stopped at on that live-aboard trip off my Facebook album:
I spent all day on the beach, nosing around in rock pools, snorkeling and freediving. It is one of my favorite memories. Thanks for the comment and the visit ๐
