Ohh this recipe totally reminds me on my grandma!! She ususally make this kind of cake at Christmas. It is soo yummy!! Now you really made me crave for it, so I'll definitely do it :) Amd you don't even need to use additional sugar or sweetener, that's awesome. I'll just replace the white flour with whole wheat flour and I'M all set. Thank you so much for the inspiration!
Thanks for the lovely comment and for the support :) the bes about this recipe is that you can experiment, ou can add orange zest for example :) I'm so glad you liked it and i hope you are going to try it
