An unique place |🔅| Las Minas, Lobatera, Venezuela
☀️Hi, everyone!☀️
Today I want to share with you some of the shots and memories from the first time I visited Las Minas in Lobatera, a small town know for its unique landscape and its turquoise blue waters, enjoy!:

This particular destination was in my to-visit list for a long long time, until back in June, 2017 when we finally decided to go and explore a little bit of the wonders that Las Minas hides🔅
One of the ways to get to the blue ponds is crossing the small hamlet of Las Minas and I’m not going to lie, it’s one of the places where I have felt more uncomfortable due to the sense of insecurity, but maybe it jas wust because of the two ladies who, while laughing, told us to be very careful because we might get out of there without our clothes, meaning, we could get robbed ⚠️
🔸After such a not so warm welcome, we were a bit paranoid, to the point where ideas like hiding our valuable stuff behind rocks and staying the night in the bush to be safer seemed rational 😅 but of course, once you’re deep into nature all those worries become jokes and the stress fades away🔸

It is defenitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve had the pleasure to visit in my home state, Táchira.💛
•Going back we found out that the public transport was suspended, and walking up to Palo Grande was more than unthinkable, but thanks to a couple of drivers who were kind enough to give us a lift, we made it to the main road where we were able to find a bus which took us safe and sound back to the city. •
•I think we were very lucky that day, and I’m super happy to have so many great memories from an experience that turned out to be much more extreme than expected...•
