From our travels in San Francisco - we lucked out and got the 'secret room' in a hostel...a little shack to ourselves ON THE ROOF! Access to it was comical - through maintenance cupboard with a fake back shelf with pots of paint on it which was actually a door to the roof. We had a brilliant view of the city and at night we could hear the 1920s music playing through the airducts. It was like listening to the past! Magical :)

Here is my entry for your contest. This is me during my trip in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This was taken at Bayon temple known as the "face temple". If you look closely you can see the many faces carved on the stones. It took us a long to get a decent shot since the place is crowded by tourist.
