Green bug to the m00n!

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

This metallic green bug was climbing to the top of this blade of grass for the third time when I took this photo.

Once it reached the top, it would consider its predicament, and walk down again. At a seemingly random point, it would do an about-face and climb back up:

Olympus Stylus 1s, 42mm, ISO200, f5.6, 1/50s

I wonder if this behaviour, when plotted in a graph, would do better than Expert Advice or Technical Analysis in predicting Steem prices.

Anyway, having tired itself out, it rested on a leaf:

It has a small, heart-shaped spot on its back, but I don't know what it is in aid of. It looks a bit like a Double Shoulder.

Pretty bug, no?

i agree it's a great shot
its on a sting nettle? I know how teeny tiny this is so to get a clear shot your cam must be 100mp?

Only 12MP, not all that important, MPs, I just got in really close. They are tiny, yes, but pretty in metallic green!
