First Bee!

Well, not the first bee ever, but the first bee I have seen this year. It was sitting on winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis) and it looks like a European honey bee (Apis mellifera) to me:

I was going to wait for more of them to show up, but it started clouding over:

Yes it did, look closer.

very amazing, I do not know how you are patient to get a photo like that, photographing a bee is very difficult, and also contains the risk, good job @ocrdu

Thanks. This was attempt number five, the first four are just photos of a bee's bum. Little risk though; these bees aren't aggressive at all.
