Aaarrgghh! I want to know what's under the cap of those mushrooms in the first image! :O The mystery! They look like they are made out of that expanding foam used to seal holes, lol.

You can call them PUR fungus?

Look at that! Those teeth underneath make ALL the difference. Those are Hedgehogs! What a great batch of them, too. Check out my post on eating hedgehog mushrooms. They are one of the safe bets of #foraging wild mushrooms.
