Coprinus comatus 🍄
This mushroom I also encountered for the first time (I came across it a little after I was done with the Coprinus micaceus.
This mushroom grows in groups (although I found only a single specimen 🤭) on rich land, at the ends of the forest, the fields and gardens, in November-February
The flesh is thin, white, dark brown, smells good and tastes good.
It is edible as long as it is young and as long as the pages are bright.
In the ripening of the pages of the underside dissolve and turn into a black liquid like along with the hat.
It requires processing - cooking for 10-15 minutes or freezing - on the day of picking (like all mushrooms of this genus).
The information about its toxicity along with alcohol has been proven to be wrong.
