Coprinus micaceus 🍄

in #photography6 years ago

This is the first time I run into this type of mushroom 🤔 and after a long search through the web I finally managed to identify it 😁

This mushroom grows in large, dense groups, mainly on the severed breeds of leaf trees, on rich land, in winter.

Eaten at a young age, as long as the pages on the underside are white, after cooking for about 5 minutes.

The fungus comes to ripen very quickly, the pages turn black within a few hours which requires processing on the day of gathering as all such mushrooms.

It is recommended to collect the top part (the hat) only, they are less fragile and more tasteful 😋

Enjoy!
