My wife made this Delicous Chocolate Cake with a Passion Fruit Jelly, White Truffle Ganache, Passion and Coconut Cream Filling finished with a Merengue topping.

Yes sir, she is (beginner, but still). She finished her basic pastry study and is starting the advanced one in September. After that she'll really be good ๐
All I do is post about her artwork, so if you're interested you should take a look at my previous post and imagine that's just beginners stuff ๐

Yes I know you're running now, glad you guys did step up @steemitbc it's a real good thing that has been started there. I'm a bit juggling between @visio and steemitbc like sflaherty. I'm a tester for them now and maybe in the near future I'll be working for them on the payroll like sflaherty as well. This thing will be huge! ๐
