What's for dinner....smoking meats
Doing a little more smoking today.
We have smoked bourbon sausage, smoked duck, poblano and red bell peppers. That is lunch.
For dinner chicken and chicken tenders smoking to perfection.
And corn on the cob for later with the chicken.

I was surprised withe the duck. There was about a half inch of fat on it but once that was peeled away the meat was a dark pink and quite tasty.

Both were delicious. You should come over for dinner sometime.
That would be how many hours of flight and ground?🤔 Would require many dinner, lunch n breakfast then haha...
