Anonymous voting sure, if you can figure out a way to make it anonymous, I'm not sure Steem is designed to work that way, there will always be a transaction trail from account to account.
Though I think a bigger problem may be that people are used to getting their NSFW content for free, and there's certainly no shortage of it out there.

For example a book or collection of pictures: you can post a preview, then sell the full text via the Steem Market (I forget the exact name of the site) or Open Bazaar once it supports Steem (it may already via shapeshift).
