This dish is called steamed beef, which is a traditional dish with good looking and taste in Sichuan. It seems that all the families in Sichuan can make this dish. If you visit here, do have a taste.

这道菜叫粉蒸牛肉，是川菜系中的一道色香味俱全的佳肴。在四川，几乎每家每户都能做这道菜。如果有机会来这里，一定要尝一尝这道特色。
