As I probably said for hundreds time, I really love cheap lenses to use and make the most out of it. So today I used Industar 61 l/d 50mm 2.8 (M39). This lens is not meant for using on DSLR because of its flange distance but you can use it only for closeup photography. You need two adapters for that and that is M39 step up ring to M42 and M42 to EOS adapter. After that you are ready for some macro photos. This is even cheaper than last post that I created, it's less than 10$.

Bokeh that this lens makes is amazing for its money and sharpness too. You can create really nice isolation of your subject because you are focusing really close and you have aperture of f/2.8. All of the photos were took today as I was making my star tracker that I will make separate post about it. I was making a little break so I took some photos of flowers that are remain in this season.

This is, I can clearly say, last dandelion in my backyard for this year. Only few "hairs" (I don't know real name of it :D) left. Look at this creamy bokeh, it's unreal what can make this little inexpensive lens can do. For this kind of bokeh you have to pay a lot to get on autofocus lens, which is really funny. I wanted to say that you don't need expensive lenses and camera to make your photos interesting, you just need to use your imagination and little bit of money. :)

I've made some videos but I converted them into GIFs so you can enjoy it without clicking on some video that will redirect you to somewhere else. This is more practical and more fluent to watch. :D

It's hard to make GIFs that will be able to play while you are watching because steemit made max upload of photos and GIFs to 10MB so I have to cut them and reduce its quality, but I'm sure that you are enjoying watching them, it makes posts much more relaxing to read. I would love to hear your reaction about GIFs that I'm putting here. :)

If you are into photography try using this lens or find some old cheap Russian lens like this and you will be amazed with results that is making. Since I started my photography journey I was using old lenses like this one and I respect them the most. Manufactures back in the days made much better lens than today with better quality of build.

These photos are really beautiful, ts hard to believe that you took them using such an inexpensive lens. One definitely doesn't have to break the bank in order to get cool photos.

Great photos!!

Thank you :-) You can find a lot of cheap lenses that will do work like some of the newer autofocus lenses. I can say that only downside of this lens is lack of autofocus, but when you have time to play with manual focus you will have such a great fun. :-)

I guess its about playing around and learning to use what one has at hand...

You' ve been selected always in support of good work

You are absolutely right, the nature is really beautiful but as we know every single plant or insect looks simple from a distance but really complex when we come closer, the little parachutes of dandelions or little joints of a spider, that everything looks so complex and amazing. I like the way you presented your photography, you centered the picture that you wanted to share and the background is slightly blurry that brings up the main character and its features to shine. The videos you set up together especially the white and black one look great, that way we can concentrate on shape and small details and not be distracted by colors. Wonderful quality and beautifully set up.

Thank you. I've done my best to show you beauty of photography in close. I really can't believe what this little cheap lens can do, it's amazing.

These photos are magnificent! I read somewhere that it's not how expensive your gear is, it's how you use it. This set is just proof of that. Amazing!

Thank you! :) You can make everything look nice even with cheapest equipment that you can find, you just need more time for that. :)

Oh WOW your gifs are so inspiring, so so beautiful. Especially the one with the icy looking plant. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of it.

The bokeh is stunning!!!! Really really impressive!!!!!

Thank you! My knowledge about plants is 0 so I don't know anything about them. :-D
