Tornado Hits KwaZulu 😱😱😱
Some fairly serious news! Only just happened.
Tornado hits New Hanover in KwaZulu-Natal.

2 dead 20 injured 400 properties damaged.
When I prepared this post. This had not yet happend. I was going to post a story just about our rains and the need to proactively conserve precious water. But decided I need to include this news as it just unfolded.
We just had a Tornado move over New Hanover in KwaZulu. South Africa. At this time there was no further details regarding damage or injuries.
This possibly my first proper tornado I have seen in our country. As a kid we used to have whirl winds which are puny little circling winds. Nothing like this.
This is not a common occurance and I think everyones quite startled by the site of it.
I guess other counties are more accustomed to this phenomenon, but this is all new to us. Really scary thing to witness.

OUR RAIN
Rain and the water we take for granted and actively need to start preserving.
Rain soaked fields
New life springs up everywhere.
With the recent beautiful rainfall the adventures through the forest comes to life. Everything turns green and the benefits of the rain can be seen everywhere.
If you look close enough, you will notice tiny changes in the flora and makes you realise just how important and precious our water resources are.
Remember to save water. Use it sparingly. You can make a difference by just tiny changes in your habits and lifestyle.
Find the beauty around you.

Some simple water saving tips:
- Turn off tap while brushing teeth.
- Shorter showers.
- Get a rain water tank.
- Run drain water into your garden and water at night.
- Limit washing clothing/dishes to full loads.
There are tons more ways. These are just some simple ones I have done and try to do daily.

EggZaggles. Goodness. We were all shocked too. Apparently we in for another bad weather day on Friday. A warning was sent out today saying there may be landslides, flooding and tornados in formal and informal areas 😱🤞
