Look who dropped this morning to say Hi (Does anyone here know what species he is?)

He was chirping on the tree outside my window today. I think he's a falcon. I have many birds regularly showing up outside my window but he is the first of his kind I've ever seen. Does anyone here know for sure what species he is?
