It's nice when you notice something that stands out while strolling around.
At that moment, I couldn't help myself but wonder who the person living in that apartment is. A young fellow or perhaps an old lady? Someone who stands out daily or was that kitsch hanging out the window just a mere coincidence? It's hard to imagine it was put there on purpose to spice up that rather dull facade, but who knows.
