Mango Coconut Rice Pudding📷

Mango is one my favourite fruits! It's an exotic juicy fruit with a beautiful deep yellow-orange color, a sweet flesh, a unique texture and an irresistible aroma!
This dessert combines perfectly the rich flavors of coconut, mango and pistachios! And not only you can taste these delicious flavors, but you can also feel their amazing fragrance..For this pudding I have used Thai rice with jasmine flavor( I don't use too much..) coconut milk and coconut cream, vanilla extract, soft butter, sugar, a ripe mango and pistachios, coconut flakes and dried cranberries for serving!
It takes some time for this creamy rice pudding to cook, on medium- low heat, stirring well with a wooden spoon, but worths.. every single minute of preparation!The result is a dreamy chilled exotic treat! 💗
