Gazing At The Ball Of Fire

My morning drive delivered a view I had to stop for.

Got to greet the first 5 minutes of the sun coming out from behind the mountains. Loved it.

Did you know sungazing provides great health/mental benefits? Ancient civilisations often used sungazing as a way to maintain optimal health.. animals still do it :)

10 minutes right at the sunrise/sunset - when the UV rays are no longer harmful to the naked eye - look directly to the sun and enjoy the benefits later.. :)
