Hmmm, I'm sure there are all different price ranges. That doesn't seem too bad though.
There are huge ranges in price, from super low to higher than this.
It will be fun trying to figure out whether to buy or rent, and seeing what you can get for price range.
Unless you're a mexican citizen (or find another way around it from having a kid here to a trust) you can't purchase land within a certain distance from the coast, but like I mentioned there are ways around that for the determined.
I'm very determined :)
