This place was in a zone known as Brisas Guitarron meaning it's actually just on the edge of Acapulco but still in the main bay. It offers a different view of the bay as well as an awesome up close view of the Navy docks which is nothing short of awesome.

The draw of this place is the fact that apparently most of the units are empty for most of the year meaning the outdoor pool area is pretty private, which is awesome.

I love this structure next to it, seemingly abandoned.

So this whole outdoor common area is pretty empty for the most part meaning you have a lot of space to entertain if you'd like it. There's one more post to come that shares the shots of the apartment itself, which was occupied at the time. That's pretty common here, people showing you their house so they can rent it out and move into a better one.
