March 16th - Float...
Had my first float tank experience today at Astral Float Studio here in Canberra, Australia ☺
I had heard such wonderful things about the salts and their benefits and how amazing the experience is so I was very excited to try it out for myself.
It was very different to what I had expected and I'm looking forward to floating again!

It’s a weird experience! I want to try again just to see if I can relax more, now I know what to expect :)
Same!! I will definitely ask to keep the music on and probably go at night when I have nothing on afterwards so an really relax :)

Flotation tank, this sounds interesting I had not heard of the
They are quite popular here in Australia, it's a big bath with a lid full of salts and minerals so that you float in the water. They are really good for relaxation, muscle aches, injuries etc.
