Willow Tree.
This is my favorite tree around the neighborhood. Every time I walk by this willow tree, I always acknowledge it. And today I took a few snap shots of it in bare form.
Growing up I knew that my grandaunts uses the leaves for health benefits, and when ever they were in town, my parents would help them look for this tree.
And I will always think of grandmother willow from the Disney Pocahontas movie.

Such a sweet memory attached to the willow tree. It kind of makes Grandma Willow a member of the family. You must share pics of Grandma Willow in all its green glory and all it's winter glory too .
We have a Grandfather Oak at the bungalow in the hills. 😀

Will do, that's when the weather is prefect for hours outside of the house. And for sure the kids will do all that they can to make sure we spend as much time out there as possible. and hmm, i wonder if you have already painted a canvas of your Grandfather Oak?
