No sólo lo oscuro nos acompaña en esta entrada de la noche, también el frío.
It is not only the dark that accompanies us on this night's entry, but also the cold.
El sol se marcha, no se va sólo, nunca lo está.
Aún al hundirse en el horizonte la luz lo acompaña.
The sun goes away, it doesn't go alone, it never is.
Even as it sinks into the horizon, the light accompanies it.
Las estrellas llegan a decirnos que el sol está en otra parte, que pronto volverá.
The stars tell us that the sun is elsewhere, that it will soon return.
Tal como en la vida, lo cíclico siempre presente, y la oscuridad nunca es permanente, así como tampoco el brillo constante.
As in life, the ever-present cyclic, and darkness is never permanent, nor is the constant brightness.
Está alternancia es lo que a la vida da su matiz.
This alternation is what gives life its nuance.

What is not clear to me is whether the one that gives another perspective, in your opinion, is good or bad.
I try with the images that I always capture to relate it to something, metaphorical, of life, philosophical, without forgetting to contemplate the parallelism of the image (in this case a nightfall) with what has been written.

Hola @ josevas217, interesante el poema acompañado de las fotos que tomaste, ciertamente la vida es un ciclo, pero tú prosa me recordó a un himno que leí en un libro de oraciones católicas, en el cual decía que en la "Oscuridad también está la salvación". De verdad me gustó. Saludos

Mencionas mi escrito como un poema, no lo había visto de esa forma, pero creo que podrías serlo, gracias por la acotación.
Creo que todo es necesario, la oscuridad, la luz, los opuestos. Sólo al conocer la oscuridad sabemos realmente que es la luz.
