It was in 2013, and I was 15 years old.

I played to general Ante Gotovina.

He is the most famous Croatian general and war hero.

He was held in the Hague for like 15 years or more.

He got let out of the jail in the 2013.

I played to him only few weeks after he got out.

He's pretty cool guy.

He didn't hesistate to take a picture with us.

We were pretty proud that we played to him.

And considering we were kids, that was big for us.

I remember when I got to school, I was so proud to tell that to my friends.

Gotovina was all over the news at that time.

Because he was set free for the thing he didn't do.

And to this day, he's the most known hero from Croatian - Serbian war.

We thought he would act like a superstar.

Just because he's a war hero.

But, he's down to earth guy.

Just a regular guy.

It was definitely a pleasure to play to him.

He were supposed to play to him again few months ago.

But, he wasn't able to come.

Shame!

It would've been great to see him again.

Hopefully, one day we'll play again.
