White on White (Photo 52 Week #3)

White fog, white boathouse and a red roof ...

Weißer Nebel, weißes Bootshaus und ein rotes Dach...

The Boat and Bath House was built in 1926 on the west bay of Pörtschach am Wörthersee in front of the "Villa Schnür".<br It is a two-story wooden structure and stands on piles in the lake.

Das Boots- und Badehaus wurde 1926 an der Westbucht von Pörtschach am Wörthersee vor der "Villa Schnür" errichtet.
Es ist eine zweigeschoßige Holzkonstruktion und steht auf Piloten (Pfählen) im See.

When I got there, the fog had just started to clear up a bit, but the view of the boathouse was still not completely clear.

Als ich angekommen bin, hat der Nebel gerade begonnen, sich ein bisschen aufzulösen, aber die Sicht zum Bootshaus war noch immer nicht komplett klar.

When I took the photos for my post Simplicity at the Lake / Einfachheit am See on January 1st of this year, I had to stop in Pörtschach and take once more pictures of the beautiful boathouse.

Als ich am 1. Jänner dieses Jahres die Fotos für meinen Beitrag Simplicity at the Lake / Einfachheit am See gemacht habe, musste ich natürlich auch in Pörtschach stehen bleiben und wieder einmal das schöne Bootshaus fotografieren.

Actually, I was hoping that the sun would rise behind the boathouse in the east, but I think it looks quite good with this dense fog around.

Eigentlich hatte ich gehofft, dass gerade dann die Sonne im Osten hinter dem Bootshaus aufgehen würde, aber ich denke, mit diesem dichten Nebel schaut es auch ganz gut aus.

Of course, I took more photos of the buoys that I showed in the post I mentioned earlier.

Natürlich habe ich von den Bojen, die ich im vorhin erwähnten Beitrag gezeigt habe, noch mehr Fotos gemacht.

At the beginning of 2020 I became aware of a new photo challenge. @wwwiebe started the project "Photo 52" and created the Steem Account @photo52.

The contest defines a topic for each week of the year that runs for 7 days. The rules are simple and are announced every Wednesday on @photo52 with the post of new theme of the week.

I didn't have the right photos for the first two weeks, but the topic this week is white and I remembered that I had photographed the white boathouse in the fog in Pörtschach.

Ich bin Anfang des Jahres 2020 auf eine neue Foto Challenge aufmerksam geworden. @wwwiebe hat das Projekt "Photo 52" ins Leben gerufen und dafür den Steem Account @photo52 erstellt.

Die Challenge gibt für jede Woche des Jahres ein Thema vor, welches 7 Tage läuft. Die Regeln sind einfach und werden jeden Mittwoch auf @photo52 mit dem neuen Wochenthema verlautbart.

Für die ersten beiden Wochen hatte ich nicht die passenden Fotos, aber das Thema dieser Woche ist White - Weiß, und da ist mir eingefallen, dass ich ja in Pörtschach ein weißes Bootshaus im Nebel fotografiert hatte.
