Sunrise at the icy River / Sonnenaufgang am vereisten Fluss

Actually, the weatherman had announced a cloudy morning for today.

Clouds were there, but the sunrise was more intense than I expected. Because I had not expected a nice sunrise, unfortunately I was a bit too late to my photo spot and the sun had been a bit too high.

Eigentlich hatte der Wettermann für heute einen bewölkten Vormittag angesagt.

Wolken waren ja da, aber der Sonnenaufgang war intensiver, als ich erwartet hatte. Weil ich aber nicht mit einem schönen Sonnenaufgang gerechnet hatte, kam ich leider etwas zu spät zu meinem Fotospot und die Sonne war schon etwas zu hoch gewesen.

The Drau River is dammed here on a length of about 6.6 miles and is currently partially frozen.
