CW 2018, Snapshot (WB adjusment by color correction gel)

Today is a quite a sunny day and very hot (but some rain) in Hong Kong. From the news, hot weather in Japanese has killed several people already. It is so sad that there are too many natural disasters in Japan. We hope that the weather in Japan can become cooler. Temperature in inner Japan like Aiji, Kifu are around 40 degree. It is really so hot.

Cryptos market is getting cooler and has quite a great adjustment but Bitcoin is still very strong. Investors keep an close eye on it and see whether the bottom of Bitcoin has been seen before.

Today we would like to share with you some good photos which we took before in CW with you guys. Our coser model is very sweet. Her smile is really so lovely and charming.

As per previous post, we normally will use a simple setting for taking indoor portrait by using the technique of White Balance adjustment in order to make our photogaphys become cool.

CTO filter will be used to cover the strobe light bulb and adjust the light to become orange in color. Then I will adjust WB setting of my camera to around 3200 -3500 Calvin (unit of WB ) i order to turn the color temperature of the light that covered the model. Then her face colour tone will become normal. However, the area those the strobe light cannot covered will become blue tone. You can see the background of the photos becoming blue.

Since the stobe has been covered by a filter, we need to either enhance the power of the strobe or ISO or lower the shutter speed. You can decide which option is the best fit for your creation.

Regarding color correction gel, I have used this till now. Honestly speaking, it is quite expensive and I would like to find out another brand which has good quality but cheaper price.
