'Clarified Butter' In Home!
Hi steemians Today I am sharing some healthy Stuff relating our Health. As you all well know that we get several things from animals specially Buffaloes, cows and goats. One of very rich food is butter and then'Clarified Butter'.
Butter contains around 80% fat and only trace amounts of carbs and protein. The rest is water. Yet because butter is so high in fat, it's also high in calories.
My wife has learned the process of Butter and 'Clarified Butter' from my Mother (She has experience of more than 40 years). Here are some pictures taken during the process of butter making and then further 'Clarified Butter'. I hope you will like my effort:
