SNAILS! Macro (3 original photos)
This weekend we had a tropical storm pass the island, so I went out the next morning early to get some shots afterwards. Nice morning light, a bit overcast, everything glistening and green and colourful. The island has been in a bit of a drought, so we need the water.
As a result of the rains, all the little critters came out in numbers, especially the snails and slugs.

Incredible creatures! Great macro shots; the texture of the snail shows through. Cool that it's in water in the third shot, makes it feel slimier.
Great shots @jamtaylor ... I'm impressed that you were able to get that low, eye-level with a snail!? Nice work!
These guys were on a wall about 5 foot high, and thanks!
Wonderful macro. Thank you for sharing
Awesome photos!
your all macro photos are awesome :)
Love snails, we get lots here too, perfect time for snapping in that wet light period!
@jamtaylor, I don't like these slimy leaf eating creatures but they sure look cute on your pics. A lot of them sure come out when it rains. Yuck!
Really cool. :)
beautiful photo @jamtaylor
Amazing photography buddy:) Share more @jamtaylor
Thanks :)
I took a whole bunch this weekend, I'll spread them out and try to do it by theme.
That's the thing about photography, there's so much inspiration around here!
