Save the Fly, Kill it!
This may look like a weird suggestion, but please do.
The image may not be the prettiest one to look at as it is a damaged fly. On the other hand it does show a lot of details of the fly, you may not notice when the fly is flying around in your house.
How did the fly get damaged?
The fly got attacked with one of those electric rackets, or swatters. Once the insect moves to the ground you may think it is dead. Surprise! It is not. It is just damaged and in shock.
So please be a good sport, after electrocuting it, kill it. There is no need for the insect to suffer more than it did already.
