It reminds me of a mustard jar out of my childhood. I can remember there was a time all kind of spreads and other food was sold in glasses you could reuse after it was empty.

I've read your post and it's fun to know you have a lot of jars. Probably all jars have something delicious or may I called it the golden food because it is still good even after years.
If you make it the right way it cannot get spoiled which is the great thing about it. My children like the taste now so we have extra food. (And lots of syrup). 💕
