This post reminded of the post you did on town of Castelmezzano a couple of weeks back. I am not sure why it reminded me of it since the two towns are completely different. Maybe it is the Greek influence on them.........

Also did a little search about Marchesale De Luca Palace and found some amazing pictures of the internet. Although very little material is in english but the material in Italian is pretty descriptive and one can easily translate to understand at least he basics.

I also looked up more on night taranta and was surprised to see the kind of crowd and energy it gathered. The people will be going crazy again on this 25th August :-)
