You have a Great "EYE" for seeing special compositions, in line, pattern, texture, lighting and just a fixation by curiosity. I learned to see things by studying through painting, and drawings of Great artists in Art History and other courses in college. Then attempting to put them to work in creating or just imitation of techniques. My only beef with my photography is that when I see something "out there" I dread realizing my camera or phone is not with me. The other problem is photographing my own artwork is most times ill at catching the depth of the transparency of the layers of medium tinted with pigments from my paints. I didn't have this problem in my earlier days in painting, since they were opaque with paint straight from the tube.
