It seems like he's a very intelligent dog. Does he good with kids as well? I'm still trying to figure out what kind of dog he is.

Yea he does good with them as long as they don’t crowd his face when he wants his space. Never had him bite but he will growl and show teeth so we are cautious with kids not familiar with him but our friend Chelsea and Forest kids are very good with him and Jerry will approach them for affection.
Jerry is a mix, a street dog so we don’t know 💯 but we believe Labrador and Ridgeback Hound mix. He’s slightly smaller then a lab but bigger then most hounds yet still makes a lot of noise like a hound and looks like a cute puppy lab 😅
