Super Selfie - The first self portrait I ever took
Many moons ago when I first started getting into photography and all I had was a little Kodak point and shoot (the Kodak Easyshare z740) I took my very first self portrait. To be fair, its not my favourite type of photography and I rarely do it, but even now, years later I still like this shot. It was difficult to accomplish, mainly because I had no idea what I was doing.. even if my camera was set to 'auto'.
I often use this shot if I need an avatar for a website, or if I want to feel better about myself.. because I promise you, I don't fit into that t-shirt anymore, I threw out the suit years ago for the same reason and god only knows where the belt went! Not that it would fit me anymore! yuck. (I do still have the tie - you don't throw away ties)
Ok enough self-hate, back to business. I took this as a colour shot and then decided to use the selective colour technique to highlight the superman t-shirt. I really like the way it turned out. Selective colour is one of those techniques that can be really cool if used properly, but if used poorly will just be super ugly. I think I got away with it here.

Well reputation is connected to upvotes and post payout from what I can tell. I spent a year posting every day, commenting and replying to comments and slowly building my rep up to 60 which I achieved last week. Its a long difficult path, but if you post a lot of good high quality posts you will get there eventually.
and can you tell me if u had any payout from steeem dollars to bank account? As in do they really pay??
I have not withdrawn money myself.. I have always reinvested it into my SP. But I have some friends on here that have. One person I know has been transferring the steem to dollar to pay bills while they were unemployed, and I know another person who earns so much they quit their job and works on steemit full time. So it does really pay, but it takes time and hard work.

Thats an Awesoem Self portrait, I to seldom take then, well I did have a burst of doing them for a challenge on here but am now back to now taking them
But this one of yours is brilliant, and selective color works fantastic on it
