Withering rose

One of the roses my mum grows in her garden.
one of those simple ones with not very big flowers, but amazing fragrance and the extra climbing ability. They grow on the side of our shed fighting for all the space and sun with grapes :)

I always liked that the bottom of the rose (I am sure it has a proper name) look like a star. I shot it many time already also in winter covered in ice crystals.

As a bonus today I have a GIF :)
I was messing with the Sketchbook I am using and I found out that it allows to do animations! So with few simple frames I made another rose that was slowly withering. And only after the fact I noticed I cannot crop it to smaller size, nor change the speed. It will be perfect for those fast animated stuff that are supposed to walk for example. Not much of a few frame gif. It will simply go too fast. But I learned something new. And that is always a good thing :)
