Basking in the First Light
Large-leaved Lupines ready to receive their first rays of sunlight, at 3am in the morning. The colour of the sky perfectly matches the colours of the flowers, vibrant pinks and purples.

I don’t know a lot of Finnish but is the right phrase Jumalan selän takana?? I think that might be in a more negative sense, BUT I MEAN THE OPPOSITE - or atleast I can say that you are jumalan siiven alla
Hahaha how did you know about that phrase? 😂 You are right that it is usually used in a negative way, but I actually consider it being the opposite for myself. I love being in the countryside, away from most humans and surrounded by this beauty. Nowadays I head to the city apartment to almost like punish myself for a while and then feel all the more appreciative when I get back to the middle of nowhere.
I literally know the feeling, Like reminding yourself of the good things in a relationship ;) and I know about the phrase because when I was younger I was obsessed to moving to Scandinavia, just loved the culture the people everything, and I like used to sit up reading about little cool phrases that 🇸🇪 and 🇫🇮 used and bluergh seemed to remember one ahaha I will hopefully fulfill the dream though 😅 One day

The sharpness on that sigma is really amazing. That bokeh is just beautiful. I have a sigma 1.4 which was a hand me down. Just gotta love the sharpness of it.
Yes it is, I love it so much! But when you go to the wider end, and have windy weather, it's really damn hard to focus 😅 My bff has that 1.4 one too, not a bad hand me down! 😂
True when the wind blow and the flowers starts moving pretty damn hard to get the shot on focus lol. Good thing my niece got tired of using the 1.4 and I told her if you ever got tired of your other lenses. I'm here 😂

These Lupins look at their first stage and are very refreshing and bright. They look very energetic and are like.ready to nurture and flourish and grow. Good photography. Nice thinking as well. Brilliant click.
