After days of smoky haze from the fires in and around Santa Rosa, getting out to the fresh air along the coast was a requirement.

With a backpack full of bricks (aka batteries) I hit the trail along Sonoma's stunning coastline. (specific location is top secret ;)

Still working out some of the flutter in the Alien 5 quad, and I'm anxious to experiment with the Gopro Hero session 4k as these epic wide shots loose a lot in compression.

Upon returning home and reviewing the footage I was feeling pretty Invincible. The track in this video is called Invincible, by Big Wild. Love their stuff. It's cinematic and huge, even when it's not.

    Stunning views, such a beautiful area! I grew up
    near there and know it well, G.R. was one my fav
    beaches :-) awesome shots @edwardseaton !

    lol how is my mighty mountain doing?
    Hope she gets a nice white snow cap :-)
    Any chance of a future fly about around her?
    That would be so cool, along with the
    lavender fields just north of there.

      Wicked! Great little quad. Thinking about moving up to 6 inch arms. Might work better for the footage. I've only been flying quads for about 6 months. My goal is Drone Jedi ;)
