Play me a Symphony
So much sorrow among my friends of late. While this makes me a little bit sad, I have found that for grieving, the sorrow continues to ebb inwards and outwards at different scales of intensity for an extended period of time. The message is that everything passes and eventually becomes right again. Turn towards the feeling of sorrow and do not disturb the feeling.

A symphony plays
Softly harmonizing
The strings of my heart

I always post this poem down at the bottom of my posts. It is one that has become so near and dear to my heart. I only post the most famous part of it, but, wanted to post it in its entirety today.
i cried the way women on tv do
folding at the middle
like a five pound note.
i called the boy who use to love me
tried to ‘okay’ my voice
i said hello
he said warsan, what’s wrong, what’s happened?
and these are what my prayers look like;
dear god
i come from two countries
one is thirsty
the other is on fire
both need water.
i held an atlas in my lap
ran my fingers across the whole world
and whispered,
"where does it hurt?"
it answered,
"everywhere"
"everywhere"
I really like the flowers in the first picture. The pink at the tips of the pedals really caught my eye's.
Time heals all wounds as well and I wish the best for you and your friends :)
Thank you so much. Any death in the family is a hardship, especially someone that is too young and it is unexpected. For some strange reason, it has been a bad month for too many people that way.
But, in its own time, thy will be healed.
And thank you. Very much.

Yes I guess sorrow is one of the universal things common to all humans. I sincerely hope tomorrow is a bit brighter for everyone.
The older I get, the more opportunities there are for sorrow it seems, just by the nature of things and life. In it's deepest throws, it is sometimes hard to see how there can ever be balance again.
Then, I realized that the time between the times of sorry has become so much more beautiful and I find a new and stronger appreciation for it. Therein lies the balance..... again.
I am sorry for your friend's sorrows...... and yours. 💔 🌼

Painting is gorgeous! Your new banner I like a lot. When you talk about sorrow ... I think you're referring to me too. Wrong?
There you go playing symphony right away ;)
Dear Denise, Thank you for sharing your feelings.
... unfortunately today is such a world.
Your symphony of flowers is beautiful!
