Just go out an shoot!
Regardless of the equipment you have or the camera you use, go outside and take pictures with what you have. the camera could give you a little more quality but the photographer is the one that tells the story.
At the moment my main camera is my cell phone and I do what I can with it.

depends... there are people who don't care, they just want to press a button and take a picture... for those people, any mobile phone with a camera is good for them.
For people who like photography, demanding people... always looking for the best camera...
