Birds At The Beach - Animal Photography

Took this photo at the beach in Sarasota Florida just before sunset. Parts of the beach have these huge pools of water where fish get trapped and birds stroll through them hunting the little fish.

It was getting dark but got a couple of nice silhouettes of these birds :)

Took this photo with a Nikon D90 and a 80mm Tamron Lense

Birds in Florida are so lazy! You go down to the beach and they barley flap their wings sometimes the wind is enough to keep them going.
