A series of photographs taken at Seven Grand in Downtown Los Angeles. It's a place I frequent with a friend of mine. It let's me have a lot of fun with my vintage lenses. There are a lot of amazing, modern lenses out there, but using vintage, fully manual lenses forces me to think more about my shots, especially in darker environments.

Seven Grand in Downtown Los Angeles is another favorite thing of mine. They have hundreds - thousands? - of whiskeys on hand along with a private tasting room called The Jackalope. If you buy a bottle, you have access to the room. There, they bring around hot towels to wash your hands and refresh your face. Jazz records play and other guests have their fill of cigars on the patio.

I don't smoke or own a bottle there, but I have friends that do and I'm always willing to accompany them.

The image containing the band's equipment was actually featured on Seven Grand's Instagram page. Would have been nice to get some crypto for it! Oh well. I was honored to be used. ;)
