FZ1000 is a mirrorless bridge camera without removable lense (one big lense does it all):

Here is an overview of this camera, compared to the DSLR that is most like it from Lumix, the GH4.
I'll do a more in-depth review of the FZ1000 soon; still learning how to use it ;-)
