Hi there.

I hope everything is going great for you all. This project has so far dealt with portraying and learning about insects and plants. Today it will have an unexpected twist.

I believe that everything is perfect and that things show up at the perfect moment. The photographs you are going to see were stored for more than a year in negative, I was waiting for a little bit of inspiration that would allow me to develop each raw image in what you're about to see. But wait, I must comment that this is a photographic post that is just being complemented with my personal experience and with any referential content that I consider relevant or appropriate. That said... Let's get started!

THE BOY

Once upon a time there was a shy child with a great desire to express himself. It was just a normal afternoon at his school and the teacher had just announced the teams for a dramatization; frightened, all he wanted was for the experience to be as atraumatic as possible because he had never done such a thing. What the kid didn't know was that this was his lucky day. The Hatter from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was his favorite character and it was up to him to play it.

The team consisted of their teacher, classmates and parents, each with a specific task that made the final product a success. That day he not only came home with a good grade but also with the conviction that he was capable of achieving what he wanted, that things always go well and that he will always count with people that will support him. From that day on his voice began to be noticed, he opened a channel on Youtube, he began to give his opinion with criteria and without fear, a few months later he sang in front of all his classmates and posed for these photos that will also remain as a souvenir of his achievement..

THE HATTER

  • He's a character from the story "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", written by Lewis Carrol.
  • Mercury was used in the manufacturing of hats back in the 19th century, for this reason, it is believed that Carrol to create this character used the hatters as a reference because the inhalation of mercury vapors caused poisoning to them.
  • He is often referred as the "Mad Hatter " but the accurate form to refer at him is the "Hatter ".

Thanks for the English version!

I tried to read the Spanish version and got most of it. Then I tried to reply and that was an epic Fail :D But someone once said you learn more from your mistakes than your successes, so I'm not afraid to fail.

Anyway, the pics are amazing and the story about how things work out well in the end, is inspiring. All my best to you and the boy who was the subject of your artistic photographic portraits! <3

I feel you, it happens all the time with my broken English, however, I think your Spanish is quite impressive because you didn't use the Google translator.

Thank you so much for stopping by <3
