Fall Leaf in Difficult Light --Original Photograph--

This leaf was in heavy shadow and bright sun. Probably taxed the poor little processor in the camera to it's digi-max. Thus a bit grainy. Still, the end result led to a kind of interesting image.

I thought I would also put in a black and white of the ~same image. Any opinions one way or the other?

The color is gorgeous. You're right, it's a little grainy but I love seeing the fractured pattern of the leaf.
