Comings and Goings :: Unique Views of Japan
My! People come and go so quickly here!
—Dorothy, The Wizard of Oz
The train station in Japan can be slightly maddening. Everyone running to and fro, making mad dashes to catch trains because waiting another five minutes for the next is inconceivable, trying to figure out which platform to stand at, then exactly where to stand on the platform to ensure the best seat, queuing up in a line that will immediately fall apart as soon as the train comes in, as everyone pushes their way forward in a mad scramble for any available seat.
Phew.
Best way to deal with all this insanity is laugh at it for the ridiculousness. And take photos. ^^
Don't miss the other great photos in the Unique Views of Japan photo series!

I post one photo everyday, as well as a haiku and as time allows, videos, more Japanese history, and so on. Let me know if there is anything about Japan you would like to know more about or would like to see.
