7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – European Thursday – winner announcement!

It is my great pleasure to announce the winner of 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge -European Thursday. I would like to say huge thank you to all the participants for their great entries. There was quite a high number of them so picking the winning image was not an easy task.

Today I want to share this picture of a famous church in Dresden, Germany - Die Frauenkirche. It was destroyed in World War II and they started rebuilding it in 1994. My grandpa donated quite a huge amount of money to the rebuilding process which is really cool. The trip to Dresden was really special because I proposed to my wife :)

What an amazing image once again from @justdentist, this truly is his week:)...... At first, I was going to pick another image but that one was lacking the description that really goes with the entry. Please let this be an advice for those of you that like to participate that the short description or story between 30 to 50 words is as important as the image itself. I have visited @justdentist blog and upvoted his post called: Shanghai Tower - Photography Contest by @juliank - Architecture. @justdentist stunning picture from Dresden is qualifying for a weekly challenge that will be competing against the winning images from the past continents as below and the ones coming over the next 2 days.
