Spot of the day: Sluseholmen - One of my best evening and nighttime image sets. Part 1
I was stunned of just how tranquil and relaxed Sluseholmen actually is. took a stroll through the quiet streets of this new neighborhood of Copenhagen yesterday. This place is built on an artificial peninsula and has small canals running along the buildings.
Fascinating architecture and design for sure. I especially liked the floating little terraces that some of the residents have, which are accessible by a ladder. Would be a good point to go on a paddle board from. And you can easily get to central Copenhagen from here via water.
I took these shots using a Nikon D700 and a Nikkor 80-200 mm 2.8 AF-D lens (I wrote about it Here) and also, a Nikkor 24-85mm 3.5-4.5G ED.
